So the bugs are as follows:

1. Split times showing wrong difference


2. TV stays on one CP rather than following the leader

3. This one isn't related to 4.0. It was in previous versions too. So, if after the race player close voting menu he becomes (remains?) freezed.

pod:

* nitro is broken, pressing fire doesn't add nitro
* can't hide help text or money ranking (with /cx)
* vote menu seems broken (doesn't show some times)
* car recall is broken in selection races

only through HUD.
And sometimes you need to press W to confirm, other times ENTER.. bit confusing.

btw, rims aren't saved anymore I think.. mine wasn't..

Split times fixed, silly me created the value every time someone finished a race. Ooops.
TV fixed, silly me was checking the leaders status instead of the other racers.
Freeze on vote? Hopefully fixed, we'll see.
Nitro fixed, it was related to the admin disabling of upgrades.
Fixed huds for accounts
Fixed no vote option, reset race string to 24 character instead of 48, forgot to update the 48's though.
Car recall, unsure about. It does save to the correct var, just unsure why it's fucked.

When I return from /tt I get an invisible car!
