sk buildmode - spawning vehicles

in sk buildmode is impossible to spawn vehicle in car park, under roof or bilboard, etc

Also, try going under a bridge in /stunt, spawn a car and bang.

if you're already in a car, i've found you can spawn vehicles in tunnels
