i suggest a update for /spec cmd :S

when i want to change between players, i do /spec ID and again /spec ID :S,
if its not much to ask, if when we join in spec mode, we would change between the players with Q and E
i think :S or dunno, its jaded write and write /spec ID again and again

I just want to add some offers to Bunnies suggestion. It would be nice when specing someone you could see player name above his car or in top of the screen like in Call Of Duty spec mode.  

I imagine our spec mode like this

players get a random melee weapon after spawning with the option to save it to their accounts.

everything is equal, everybody gets a melee weapon to play with, we can't stop people from dming anyway.

some cheaters comes to server not to race, just for try their hacks or fuckannoy someone,  /tv could be a lil useless :S i think... sorry but SPEC rules!!!

Can we change the /q command to /quit to stop jokers telling the new guys to do it? It's a shit thing to do and at least if it is /quit it is obvious what it is going to do?

Also, can yo get it at least the /help listed on the player spawn screen so again new guys know what to type if they get stuck?

OR have an /announce at the start of each race that says "Type /help for help" or something?

And can you code in a /heal all at the start of each race?

/q is part of sa-mp. we can't change it.
