Another suggestion, maybe it would be nice that during the start of IV races you could choose to be driver/shooter etc. and if the slots run out on one option (eg: driver slots) the remaining players who hasn't chosen yet would automatically take the slots of the option remaining. THEN after that stage, those who chose or were forced to be shooters would then choose their driver, OR they could choose what weapon to use (eg: Tec9, Uzi, MP5). This choosing stage can take around 12 seconds (I think), just divide 'em with timers that automatically assigns players who hasn't chosen options upon the time the timer expires. Maybe 3 seconds for Driver/Shooter menu, 4 seconds for weapon menu, and maybe 5 seconds for driver choosing.
