Hiiii onion heads!

umm i would just like to explain something about our races, especially the old ones that go back to about 3 years ago [XR] days

the main reason why you see some races with bad checkpoints or slightly bad grids or bad finishes is because many years ago we didn't have an amazing buildmode tutorial like we do now, well we did have one but it was very basic, and not many people watched it and even before that we didn't have one. so people had to learn how to make races on their own without any guides. obviously we don't keep the extreme bad races because that wouldn't be fair, but those are nostalgic races for me and that i started racing on a looooong time ago, and possible nostalgic for anybody else from that time period (2007/2008)

anyway to the point lol, there's no excuse now for anybody to make bad races now because we have an amazing guide thanks to [LSR]Love :)

so please understand why sometimes i refuse to get rid of certain races.

EDIT: list of old/fairly old races from 2007/2008 that may have a bad cp or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 lol, if I miss anything out or made any mistakes then pl0x correct meh :D

if you see bad race without any date, it is 1 of old races

I agree, and we couldn't test our races after making them (buildmode testing).

And if a race is without bad cps from that time, its worth appreciating even more, cause it was way harder to make a correct race at that time.

I have server files, scripts and all the shit from XR server, i can re upload any old classic you want :) And in the old times i was fixing those problemful races, i had a system to fix them nicely.

But dont know if someone else is up for fixing them nice classic stuff :) I see some of them are still here and theyre also a special memory for myself.Well, the roll is like this:

Spot bad cp > /save position to SA savedpositions file > find a proper place for that checkpoint or if it needs a new one.After finding it /save again.

After that action ALT+TAB and check savedpositions, first coordinate is cp coordinate > go to race file and find closest coordinate (it might seem dependent to luck but its not really that hard. X Y and especially Z point makes it easy) > replace with new coordinates or add a new cp.

It was taking maximum of 5 minutes per track Load-Drive-Fix-Re-test.

I uploaded jumper, might be a fixed race file also, dont know.

Btw excuse me for answering after 15 days lol

more old XR races have been added, and pod made them so the file reads the dates of when they were made.

please don't delete them! :'(

XR old times... some race can look messy and wierd but maybe they have a value for most of old players :P
