Objects blocking InfernusTT race it /tt [WIP]

Not as far I can work out, the streamer has two settings for (who to show objects to), it's either player or everyone.

Hmmmmm. Maybe it needs to loop through all players when a map loads. I'll need to try out a few things I suppose.

On a good not, if I can set it for different players, we'll be able to have /MTA (Similar to /tt, but with objects, or maybe just stick the object races 'MTA' in /tt).

i always felt mta should be seperate from normal races, as you know i'm not a big fan of maps :(
