SA-MP sync causes huge lag catch ups, very rare but it happens. Also we have the desync problems which probably makes the game look different compared to their clients game.
Then, players post ban appeals and all admins do it say "fuck off", "evader", "yeah w/e", "your brother". It's a shame, really it is.
Yes it should be zero tolerance on cheaters, but imo we get it wrong, a lot.
SA-MP 0.3 vehicle streaming has problems. It isn't a contest to see who gets the most bans in day, that's bullshit stats. It's about being safe, secure, fun and I love saying it, the best racing server for SA-MP.
