Go play somewhere else  until you fix your problems with ping,you should know stable ping is needed if you want playing on racing server.
Cause you are pretty suspect for me  :-*

Unbanned, you might try to re-install SA. Or delete gta_sa.set (and redo your settings ingame after that).

Lock and [MONITORING] pls!
