Nope, but i'll leave it till I release the other language files.

Saves me adding each edit to the actual new file. Gonna be quicker.

here's updated Latvian,
fixed few typos, and translated everything that was left (there were much English text still)
things i didn't touch yet :
parts of race editor(not very needed, as to get permission to use one, you need know English anyways.)
and menu sections, ill probably do that later, but menus got much stuff i can't translate propertly, and half of menu translated would be lame.
