lol if you were so desperate you should have started experimenting with 3D modeling. Since 2007 you say? you could have been pro by now and would be able to do these mods yourself.
I was in the right, yes absolutely in the right. I certainly was in the right... I dunno I was really drunk at the time...

so i need to wait when pro like Epoxi or madmax do it for me.

btw, check out this police car BETA!
it appear in the first cutscene, when cj is arrested by bad cops
but, this car never appear ingame, so, somebody created the car, but have little bugs
look the windows, to much transparency, can somebody fix it ? and but beta wheels too?

I cant run zmodler got THIS and cant even install vcredistx64 because setup wont start.

Still trying to run it and in meantime downloading pirated AUTODESK.3DSMAX.DESIGN.V2012 maybe that will do.

You need "vcredist_x86" for ZM2 not "vcredist_x64"

For 3Ds Max you need Kam's Script
http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=218318
http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=9172

And noo don't download "3Ds Max 2012" its sucks, get "3Ds Max 2011" its better
