Here little thing that's i think increase my fps about +10 not sure, need test it for more people to confirm that
Its jus hud.txd, be default all textures in it are compressed, im just messing with it an uncompressed all textures, in file size its bigger now, but ingame i think i got some fps increase

haha i done that already, someone asked it to me
resized all vehicles textures by 50%

i tried also with map textures, but game starts crashing, but for weapons, peds, vehicles its works

i think game renders faster these textures thats why you got more fps
i gues R* did it to keep file size down
