Ip do not match and as i said anyone can use "Pycckuu"(русский on kirillic) who feels like from Russia, it reads like "Russian" on kirillic.

Ok all calmed now i guess just relax. Unban him. Or u cant get the point again?

alright, i've read the old thread and this one and here's the info:
1. this guy, [SR]Pycckuu, with an IP starting with 77.40.  may have hacked before but it was decided that he was to be unbanned and monitored.
2. now a new, TOTALLY DIFFERENT, guy, Ak47_Pycckuu, with an IP starting with 94.19. did hack but as you can see from the common name, different IP range and clan this is a different person.

Unbanned.
