Another reason why F1 has become shit.

Small teams struggle hard on all the regulations, for a small team like Lotus it might be horrible to have to do all these aerodynamic modifications, cause they don't have the money to spend months in the wind tunnel with hundreds of engineers like Mercedes or Ferrari.
