I don't want closed cockpits.. it just doesn't feel right, the risk of F1, the risk of dying is part of the sport and if you take that away the sport will become more boring.

Bianchi has diffuse axonal injury, he might never wake up (90% never wake up) and if he does he will be severely impaired. Sad news
:-\

I would much rather be hated for what I am than loved for something that I'm not

the track in Sotschi suprised me a bit. I thought it's gonna be boring but the qualifying wasnt. Just a shame that Bottas failed the last corners he could've got the pole for sure.

Herman Tilke usually makes boring tracks.. why the hell don't they ask other people to build a track. And just take Spa and Suzuka as examples lol (what I think makes these tracks good is the height differences).

I dislike most of his tracks, probably because they seem too ''geometrical'', they don't seem as natural as Spa, for example

I think the USA track is one of his best tracks.

Sochi is fine for other racing series. Well, at least GP2 and GP3 had one of the best races this weekend. Formula 1 is like that because of intervals between each teams/drivers. And 1 pitstop strategy doesn't help either.

woo, hopefully he makes some miraculous recovery. i wonder what he would've been able to do in a fast car considering he managed to get the marussia into 9th.

Oh, I misunderstood the news :S
Formula 1 driver Jules Bianchi is no longer in an artificial coma and is breathing unaided, his parents have said in a statement. He is still in 'critical' condition.
