Few bugs for pod to fix [Fixed]

Can't seem to fire up the AX.ECHO, unsure on the reason.

EDIT Also can we change IRC server to irc.tl, better link to SA-MP imo

Better links to the samp community. Nothing wrong with GTANET, but if switching moves us closer to the SA-MP IRC community, it's gotta be a good thing.

the irc server it was trying to connect to was down
