Well i know you have the NWA york mod,i just don't know what it has to do with cars..im really intrested to know how though

if it modded the surface.dat file in any way (maybe to make it slightly more "realistic") that could cause it

Yes that's probably the case,i assure you WSD would never use car mods or any other mods if he knew it would give him an unfair advantage. :)
