Hi,
In my network a lot of clients got same IP addresses (becouse there are not so much IPv4 left, so its hard to buy lots of them to my ISP).
The IP address is 89.229.149.229.
My nickname is ownede. I don't know the ban reason, probably it was friend from neightborhood, he cheated as he said me.

Mhm, can this IP be unblocked? Many ppl uses this IP, not only one.
