Problem with ranges, it's hard to say if X is in that range, his third value IP was 37, closest IP in the ban list was 152 for the highest and 7 for the lowest. A bit away from his IP 37.

I don't know enough about ranges to say this isn't him, but it might not be. He might be innocent.

I suppose keep an eye on the range and watch him like a hawk. I hate cheats, but I like getting it right.

Unban IMO, watch him.

Yeah looking at it his 137 seems far from the frequent 15x ranges banned from our server, unbanned!
