when i lost my hotmail account... like 9 years ago...

i sent a email to "hotmail tech service support" where i said that my account has been hacked, etc etc..
they will ask you a lot of questions, if u paid for hotmail or just a free account, how many years u got the account, the exact date when u registed it, etc etc.... when they got be too convinced, they will set your password to 1234abcd or something like that...
