We only used Lethal Admin for the menu system it had.

All levels are set when I code each command, if we have a new command, the level shall be decided on which level admins should be able to use the command.
We don't set levels on what other scripts have.

Ingame Key Name Mode Information Keyboard Key Horn / Crouch All Modes Hides the help display popup.
Stuntmode Spawns a road object under your vehicle.
Submission Racemode Displays the quick fix menu.
Buildmode Deletes the last checkpoint set.
Fire Racemode Fires rockets.  (GTAIV races ONLY)
Stuntmode Spawns a ramp object in front of your vehicle.
Buildmode Places checkpoints and grid places for your new race
Secondary Fire All Recover lost vehicle.
Stuntmode Turbo boost.
