I call BS, just 4 Europe countries have higher average internet speeds than Latvia, and 2 of those are marked red...
I'm just unlucky that no one bothers to connect fiber line to my house, although it is 50m away.

Yeah, I was talking about available infrastructure, not about actual speeds ;)

Same problem for my parents house.. they live just outside the village ('behind the sign that says the name of the village') and that's why they don't get connected yet (costs > profit, ofc; bitches)
