Hate to be the party pooper, but I was informed that vehicle colours above 129 are no synced. Also, dunno how true this is, but unsynced colour ID's can cause player timeouts.

I did prevent this happening by only allowing vehicles to be coloured from 1-129.

Sorry, but server reliabilty should always come before visuals.

In my test-outs it was like first color is synched but second isnt.

I don't think it causes timeouts, just that cars will not appear the same to everyone. For example, when I play with 142, sometimes my car spawns green, other times yellow, and sometimes even orange. It changes every time you restart SA. I don't think it should affect synch since all that has to be synched is the colour ID.
