How long time does it take to make an ilustration like that?

30 minutes to 2 days, depending on the piece.

For THIS one I used this photo as reference:

It's basically made up of photos of (I might miss to mention some) concrete, paper grain, bubble chambers, scrap metal, nebulae, ink, watercolors, graffiti, and more scrap metal.
