Lol no point if you can save like 75€ or 90$ or 50£ or whatever currency you're on, you can buy a cheap one like lilracer's for around that price anyway (Although lilracer's looks like it's worth around £160).

a second hand guitar and amp would be good if you cant afford a new 1, all you have to do when your get it is change the strings  ;)

Guitars in you get in packs are usually grade B or just poorer quality, maybe why it's cheaper  ::)
Get an acoustic if you want to learn  :D builds finger strength and imo is easier to play

lol, u wanna try pressing the strings on my acoustic, its near impossible to get a good sound out of an F major on the first fret  :D

ive used it from november 2008 which is when i got it, it originally had light gauge strings which were really easy to press, but when i put medium gauge strings on, which im using now, their terrible, need some new strings again  :-\ im fed up of changing strings  >:(

Meh, you should go back if you can't play as good with the thicker strings. In time your fingers will get stronger and it'll get easier to play, then you should go with thicker ones, plus thicker strings give a better sound  :D
