question to admins about irc

hi,i wanted to set up an irc channel for the server so i want to ask some questions so i can set it up:

1.can i?
2.what network gamesurge rizon(recomended) or gtanet
3. what name for the channel? #adrenalinex or something like that?

We need to have a bigger net following before we set up IRC. My opinion.
The server is always busy, just need to get a better out-of-game following then I'd be happy to suggest IRC plans, till then though I think it would be best to concentrate on the server and website.

I am willing to setupi a working irc echo with all the parts needed. If I work with Rac3r we could also implement AdrenalineX commands into the irc bot. I've been in SA:MP nearly 3 years now (I started October 2005), which I'm sure may counts for something to you :P.

I think having an IRC channel would be great. I would certainly make use of it as an admin. One of the handy things about an IRC channel is to be able to kick/ban from IRC itself, you could set it up so the cheater reports would appear in the IRC channel so if there is ever a need to ban some retard with a speed hack breaking records, you will know about it and you would be able to ban from the channel if needed or login and ban/kick. I remember XR had this and even though you may think it was not used, it was used quite a bit and I found it quite useful to have, especially considering how popular UK server is nowdays.
