I remember the bugged replays, cars didn't drive in replays as they should and started going the wrong way or into walls

i used to see that on gran turismo 4, if F1 cars went too fast the wheels would turn and lock in one direction forcing you to crash into a barrier until the bug corrected itself.
it was a nightmare on 24h endurance races
