I thought the same, but it did. 80% of smoking is an emotional addiction, 20% physical. The book teaches you the traps you fall in like having a fag with a coffee, or when stressed. It is all about cognitive behaviour therapy. Don't mock it, it works, i am proof.

I never really got addicted despite I tried. Well I had 5-7 cigarettes a day. Some days more(when having a party). Did that for 3 months and stopped in 1 day because I ran out of money lol.

I still smoke every now and while when I feel like. That means on a party, after a joint or when drinking beer.

Good control on that Ush.First shot is totally on your mind, if youre inclined to addiction even before starting.Youll get into addiction even at the first cigar. :/ You dont have it in your brain, share that energy with smoking people here. :L

I didnt really get addicted, sometimes I ran out and cba buy a package for a week or more, so I didnt smoke those days, and it didnt really matter, tbh I smoked 1 cig like 1 month ago, and I dont feel like smoking again in a long time
