Just tried it out and it surprised me how bad the handling is.
The handling is so unresponsive, but straight and predictable at the same time that i feel like using grip hacks.
Heck its way worse than GTA III/IV combined and almost as bad as in Saints row 2, which is a total shame for a racing game.
Of course i spent only like 10mins driving and tested only Mazda 3, but i don't think its a vehicle problem, but the game engine...
I cant recommend this for anyone.

it's just a basic arcade game. arcade racers don't need to be anywhere near perfect or realistic

Yeah, but this handling takes all the fun away, at least for me.
We cant call driving in gtasa realistic either, but its not even comparable to this.

who in their right mind would even think about the driving in san andreas as realistic :L :L :L (apart from madmax)

enjoy games for what they are. it's not all about realism and graphics

i must be the only one who doesn't care about gta iv handling as well

I actually don't complain about IV too much either, at least IV one is fun, only its strange how i manage to do 5 flips a second from a slight drift.
Anyway, just saying my opinion about it and why i didn't like it.

It's a very arcade game so you mustn't really care about realism to play it... you can even say "sry for throwing that cop car at you" in it so where's the realism :L

About IV, what I like is that it makes it a bit more complicated to handle.
