Albania, I can tell you that just by looking at the photo: the ride height is lower and the wheels are less separated than the original Huntley.
In fact I have downloaded the gta.com.ua model you are using, and have found significant differences, which
all affect handling.
^The red and yellow lines in the second image are of equal length, showing the difference between the cars.
I agree the Range Rover is very attractive and has a very nice interior, but you are not allowed to use it on the server because it could give you a significant advantage over other racers (since it will roll less with the lower suspension).
You can use the mods in single player, but please un-install them before playing on the server, or risk being banned.
