Wheels remaining to replace:

Offroad
Shadow
Wires
Classic
Twist
Cutter
Switch
Dollar
Trance

I think the wire wheels will be the hardest.

I dunno, but a car is about 4,000 polies.

These wheels have turned out 4,000 areas (6,000 polygons if rectangles converted to tris).

ok, so one car is 28K now, not bad if we have 30 cars loaded lol
can you make it ignore some lighting calculation with surface data so it doesn't lag as much?

The specular highlight is what makes the wheel look good.

Anyway I don't think performance is much of an issue because I don't notice any framerate drop whatsoever on my 9 year old computer.

I will have to make the dish less deep because axles poke through on many of the cars.  >:(

@Tommy: Thanks, I will release them all once I have finished the wheel pack.

I went back to the drawing board with the wire wheels, they are now 36 spokes (and gold!) which looks better in SA engine as original Wires wheel has 32 spokes. Do you think it looks better with gold hub or silver hub?

Nice wheel.
In my opinion it looks better in gold.
