Bugged Hydra Flare Weather [Removed]

Not really Vertigo.  Hydra flare glows, all other objects would probably be rubbish, as we would need to create loads more to have a snow like feel.

We use to use the flares as pickup nitro, drive through flare, add nitro to vehicle. Perhaps that is what you mean Jalicno?

What about flies? Snow doesn't really glow irl :P
