This dudes seems to be almost same as Riot. He's 13. Riot was 13 or 14 years old. He was also acting inmature and flaming and spamming all over the chat. Same thing with this guy.  ;D

What if I did everything from now on in Dutch, wouldn't be fair towards the people who don't talk Dutch, isn't it?

And I don't know Spanish lol :L

But I don't see why we should give him another chance, he seems to be causing problems.. And since when do we give people who have been banned more as two chances Vertigo? xD

I don't think anyone would care if you spoke dutch lol.

I think we have zero tolerance with hackers, abuse is a different story.
