I've seen it too... but not as horizontal as they drive at yours...

And it seems that there are more vehicles driving sideways in MTA... in normal races I haven't seen so many cars driving sideways..

I've seen it only if player who drive them have big ping/lags.

Oh yea seen this thing in normal and MTA races. People look like they drifting with high speed  :-X
