I'd say it's probably just a temporary thing, I remember back in the XR days, I had this constant lag. Every now and then, CP's failed to register, it was so annoying. I made a topic on the forum just like you as well asking for help. Couldn't do anything about it. Anyway it cleared up eventually. I think it ended up being something like a data center that went down here and affected my ISP or something like that. Could be something similar for you. How long have you had it? I'd say give it a few days and it might clear up.

^ VISTA SMELLS LIKE HELL!!

¬¬

ush, have you installed TUNEUP utilities 2009???

i got a friend that plays in PS, he had "same" problem that you...
tuneup2009 has a SPEEDUP OPTIMIZER, it "fixs" the "internet settings"... u might fix that shit vista...

or.. maybe your router is conecting to your modem with "wrong" MAC address,

connect directly to your modem to your ISP with the "right MAC address",

do "/cmd", then.. do "/ipconfig /all", get your modem's MAC address and configure your Router Settings.... in INTERNET SETTINGS or something like that....

if it does not work XD just clone your PC's Mac Address to your router :)
