In GTA SA there are some special vehicles, like BP FP EP DP, special paints or other.
I know these:

* Admiral
* Buffalo
* Feltzer
* Glendale
* Greenwood
* HPV1000
* Sabre
* Sadler
* Sentinel
* Tampa
other

* Burrito (yellow)
* Camper (mothership)
* Pony (offroad wheels)
* Strech (all black)
* SWAT Van
Anyone knows more? If yes tell it there.
There is also my savegame with some cars i have.
