Yes it is.
And the way i think of solving this for %70 sure is making a captured footage of it.In a spec at server or a video by the person.

Just let you know something,i WONT make any video.What if he is sneaky cheater and i need record 30 minutes before he start cheat.Sorry but i have not 300GB free space on my hard disk to show you clear proof.You can believe in my word or not,also some of you could laugh but it is silly after whole 2 years on this server some people take my bans with doubt....
Give to him 2nd chance to prove i was wrong but i am bit disappointed after all.
