How? It would say that I have Ban evaded or something and what's a dynamic ip?

As a GTA modder its weird you dont even know TXD or DFF.And i think youre smart enough to know Dynamic and Static IP system.If not... well dont know.Google it, ask your isp, ask your friends etc.
