Empty black cars after joining [Fixed]

When u join the server and log in, u can see many empty black cars on roads, it is pretty annoying.  :-\

Yes, those are the cars [and not just] of players, who get timeouted, i saw this too.

BuRnOUT:
those cars are the ones that we use in race, thats why he think that the server should be rebooted more times(after he do a race the cars that we use dont are deleted, this is one of main problems of AX.)
