It is part of the rims, so everyone can select Offroad, it is not like it is available for certain people. $:-\$

tbh, none of us are quite sure if it does give an advantage or not. Does anyone have any kind of proof? I tried googling it before but didn't find anything relevant. Would be nice to know for sure if it does or not.
