That is why i thought you made wrong ban.
Cheat or not in last 6 month he made 17,508 he playing very often,so ban evade is silly reason. :-\

because i unbanned him, i wasn't sure if he was speedhacking at that time, but now somebody else says they seen it

Snoopy banned me once long time ago, and I explained to him that I wasn't cheating. I only beat him in race when I was rookie, and it was suspicious to him.

If I wasn't cheating to get 17 k points, why would I do it now???????????

This is my mail to Snoopy when he banned me in march:

You just banned me for speed hack, but I didn't use any.
I just have entered game before that race, and I was alone in my class of cars. That is why you didn't see me in race. I won the race, beating you just by few parts of second, and you banned me emediatly.
It wasn't fair.
I drive with honor and I don't cheat.
That isn't the first time I was banned. When I joined server, I had good scores from begining, and other operaters also thought I was cheating.
Please, I love this server and let me drive!!!!!

I may not have over 6000 wins like someone, but my 221 were honest.
