90's are worn by people from the hiphop scene in The Netherlands  ;)

I don't know if you have them in mainland Europe, but in UK we have this new breed of stereotype.

They're a bit like chavs crossed with emos. They are generally skinny, pasty-faced with straightened/styled dyed black hair and wear molested versions of hip hop clothes (colourful zip hoodies) mixed with some goth paraphernalia.

At least chavs have presence and their own style, the stereotype I'm thinking of just makes me cringe when I see them, especially since they take what originally was hip-hop clothing and make people associate it with them instead.
