No connection, GTA and GTAU

Well, a few questions i have for you

1) With the new GTAU server, is the old GTA-SA normal server disabled?

2) I'm having terrible problems connecting to the old server. I know, I'm an argie from south america and I don't deserve to live  ;D, but I always play here and I'm not a hacker at all. I know that south america is all banned in SAMP (i cannot connect the samp site without a internet-proxy, but this wasn't a problem in adrenalinex until a few weeks ago
Come on! I'm the very old and good don_vaca, let me in  :'(

Keep restarting router until you see active server i bet you have dynamic IP, or change Internet service provider and IP range

Don_Vaca is a good guy, but we can't help him cause we can't really help/identify the problem.

Problem is cause his IP range is banned by KJ

if he had static he could be playing, u know KJ added an exception on my IP
